ROKA Pre-Order Details
Hey ROKA fans! Thanks for your interest and support. Here are the details for our first batch of ROKA products.
- What - Pre-orders for the Maverick Pro Fullsuit and Sleeveless and the SIM Pro
- When - Saturday, March 30, 2013 - 5PM PST
- Where - www.rokasports.com
- Estimated Ship Date - We are targeting a ship date of Mid/Late April and will keep you posted. We are slated to take delivery from our factory in early April but want to build in a buffer so we don't over-promise. If our suits do come in earlier, we will ship them earlier.
- Number of Suits - We have very limited quantities in our first batch, and we expect to sell out quickly. Batch 2 is already on order, and we expect to ship products from that batch in late May / early June. Viper Speed Suits will be sold in Batch 2.

Individual Product Pages
Please check the individual product pages for sizing. They can be found at www.rokasports.com/pages/products.
On March 30 we will unlock each product for sale. Prior to that we will open the individual product pages. On March 30 you will actually be able to select a size and add to cart. Orders will be fulfilled on a first-come, first-serve basis. Simply adding a product to your shopping cart does not guarantee purchase; you have to go all the way through the checkout process.
We will offer free UPS Ground shipping within the continental U.S. for this round of pre-orders. Orders may be expedited via UPS air services at the carrier rate.
We will ship internationally, but you are responsible for shipping, all import duties and/or VAT, as applicable. If you are planning to order from outside the US, please contact us in advance so we can determine how best to sell into your country.
Forms of Payment
Credit Card only - Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover
Pre-orders may be cancelled at any time during the pre-order period, for a full refund. However, once your order is cancelled you will lose your place in the queue and your reserved suit(s) will be allocated to someone else. If you change your mind you will have to try again in the store or wait until Batch 2. Once you receive the product, you have 30 days to return or exchange it, per our return policy.
All of these products carry a two year warranty, per our warranty page. We stand behind our suits and will do our best to make things right if you have any problems with them.
